All registration fees, deposits, and tuition are non-refundable. Applicant accepts full responsibility for total tuition regardless of attendance. Missed sessions do not reduce amounts owed. Make-up sessions may be offered at TSG’s discretion and require current account status.
All balances must be paid in full prior to showcase participation. Any financing exceeding six (6) months must be satisfied before the showcase.
Third-party financing may be available as an option and is not required. Financing does not modify this Agreement or TSG’s non-refund policy.
TSG may reschedule sessions due to weather, facility availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
