SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At TSG Talent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policies below.


TRAINING PROGRAMS & CLASSES

3-Day Cancellation Window You may cancel your enrollment in any training program or class within 3 days of registration for a full refund. To cancel, contact us by email or phone before the cancellation window expires.

After the 3-Day Window Once the 3-day cancellation period has passed, program fees are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session (subject to availability) or transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.

Program Cancellations by TSG Talent If TSG Talent cancels a scheduled program or class, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, or you may choose to transfer to another available session.


SHOP PURCHASES — RETURNS

14-Day Return Window You may return physical products purchased from our shop within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@tsg-talent.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving authorization
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


REFUNDS

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

We do not offer store credit in place of refunds for eligible returns.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@tsg-talent.com.

For purchases made using Klarna, the following terms apply:


SHIPPING

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages TSG Talent is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier to open an investigation, then reach out to us.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.
